At Nirvana, we are committed to providing high-quality learning and coaching experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable for our paid workshops, programs, and courses.
All payments made for our introductory workshops (₹99) are non-refundable. Once registered, participants will receive access to event details and related resources. In case of unavoidable circumstances or technical issues from our end, an alternative session may be offered.
Refunds for premium programs (L1 and L2) are only considered in exceptional cases and at the discretion of the Nirvana management team. Participants must raise a refund request within 3 days of payment along with a valid reason.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, after deducting applicable processing fees.
In the rare case that Nirvana cancels a session or program due to unforeseen reasons, participants will either be offered a full refund or rescheduled access to an equivalent session at no extra cost.
Participants who fail to attend live sessions or workshops without prior notice will not be eligible for refunds or transfers.
